In this swift moving, flowy, vinyasa class we will work from the outside in to heat the body and move the prana (energy). Each week will offer a different theme, exploring traditional yoga concepts and asanas in a fun and approachable way.
Through mantra, mudra, pranayama (breath); surya namaskaras (sun salutations); standing asanas; twists; balances; core strengthening postures; backbends, inversions and savasana we can unite our breath and realize our oneness.
In this class we will flow to sounds of reggae, hip hop, electronic, indie, folk, soul and classical music, carefully sequenced to allow you to sweat, play, connect and find deep relaxation. All levels are welcome, with lots of variations available for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
