10:30-12:00               Hatha w/ Sarah (Eagle) or Power w/ Raelene (Hector)

12:30 - 1:30                Lunch at Hector Lodge

1:30 - 3:00                  Free Time

3:00-5:00                    Activity Choice: Canoeing or High Ropes

5:00-6:00                    Restorative Practice at Eagle lodge             

6:30-7:30                    Dinner  *bring outdoor clothing

8:00-9:00                    Appreciations & Fire (Leadership Lookout)                    

10:00on                      Snacks, Social & Wine (Hector)

 

Sunday

7:30-8:00                    Meditation (meet @ Eagle Lodge)        

8:30 – 9:30                  Breakfast

10:00 -11:30                All levels yoga (Hector lodge)                           

11:30                           Closing Circle
